  • Parents and parents-in-law: main member’s parent and parents-in-law under the age of 85 years at entry.
  • Extended family members subject to relevant insurable interest. For the avoidance of doubt, dependents include members, spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and extended family members where an insurable interest can be demonstrated.
  • Merapelo benefit of P500 for groceries.

Benefits

  • The cover amount ranges from BWP 7,500 to BWP 20,000 for the main member.
  • The cover amount for dependents ranges from BWP 3,750 to BWP 10,000.
  • Merapelo's benefit of P500 is payable upon submission of a valid claim for any of the lives covered.

  • Must be an  Access Bank current account holder.
  • The maximum age of entry for parents is 85 years.
  • The maximum age of entry for main members and spouses is 75 years.
  • Minimum entry age for policyholder is 18 years.
