Mrs. Sethantsho joined BancABC in 2018. She started her career at Barclays as Performance Analyst, rising to the position of Retail Manager before moving to Corporate Banking as Corporate Relationship Manager. She then moved to Stanbic Bank where she held many roles before being appointed Head of Credit Origination. Mrs. Sethantsho re-joined Barclays Bank in 2013 as Head of Portfolio Management and later becoming Consumer Risk Director.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Change Management Leeds Metropolitan University – UK and a Ba Honors in Economics and Environmental Science the University of Botswana.
