She has built a distinguished track record of developing profitable client portfolios and driving sustainable revenue growth across mining, metals, personal markets, and wholesale banking. Mrs Dube is recognised for her ability to design innovative client solutions, strengthen compliance and risk frameworks, and lead high‑performance teams in complex banking environments.
A qualified finance professional, she holds ACCA and AAT qualifications from Botswana Accountancy College. She was awarded the prestigious KPMG Prize for Best Results in Financial Reporting and has completed advanced programmes in strategic client management, leadership, and financial analysis.
