Having worked as an accountant in different industries for over 17 years, rising to the position of Chief Finance Officer at a leading life insurance company in Botswana before leaving the corporate world to pursue a career in leadership training and coaching. Mrs Mosetlhanyane brings a wealth of experience to the BancABC Board. She completed the Professional Coaching Course (PCC) through the centre of coaching, which is in partnership with the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and New Ventures West (NVW) in San Francisco, to become a Certified Professional Integral Coach. She then set up PinnaLead which coaches and trains young and mature leaders, locally and internationally.
Mrs Mosetlhanyane is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Oxford Brookes University in the UK. She currently serves on the Board of G4S, a security company listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange.
