He previously served as the organisation’s Market Risk Manager, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening risk governance frameworks, shaping risk strategy, and driving optimisation initiatives.
He brings deep expertise in liquidity, funding, and capital management and has been instrumental in supporting sustainable growth while advancing the bank’s long‑term strategic objectives.
Kabo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Botswana and is a CAIA Charter holder. He also holds the PRMIA Market, Liquidity and Asset Liability Management (MRLAM) Certificate and has successfully completed two levels of the CFA Program, reflecting his strong technical capability and commitment to professional excellence.
