A recognised expert in business strategy, brand management, and digital marketing, Chappelle-Molloy is set to elevate the Bank's reputation and presence. She holds a Master of International Luxury Marketing from Oxford Brookes University in England, a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College in the United States of America.
Before joining Access Bank Botswana, Duduetsang built a distinguished career across various leadership roles in the banking industry. She has consistently delivered high-performance outcomes by leading innovative marketing strategies and cultivating dynamic, results-driven teams.
