Key Responsibilities

  1. Source clients through direct sales and referrals
  2. Provide input into and execute the sales plan
  3. Responsible for attending to walk-in customers, using influence to get them to buy specific products or services
  4. Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for existing customers within specific segments, particularly in relation to new products and solutions
  5. Implement marketing campaigns; contributing to team activities, including coming up with new sales ideas, initiatives, and efficiencies to attract clients and reach targeted numbers
  6. Work closely with colleagues in the branch to identify sales opportunities and ensure an aligned client approach

 

Key Requirements

  1. A business degree (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance) from a recognized institution
  2. Certificate of Proficiency in insurance (CII, IIZ or IISA)
  3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bank with exposure to sales and client relationships
