Main Purpose:
Implementation of key Brand, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, and strategic business management initiatives to support the overall business and brand goals and objectives.
Be a brand ambassador including the willingness to collaborate with other functions in the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development and implementation of Brand, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Communication strategies.
- Enhance the Bank's positioning, awareness & visibility in the market.
- Quality of Corporate Social Responsibility/ ESG events, Employee volunteer programme. activities, commendation received, and reports generated.
- Digital marketing performance; website, social media, toolbox, intranet, emailer activities, sales leads performance e.t.c.
- Solid public relations activities include media management and crisis communication.
- People Management.
- Adherence to policies.
- Financial Soundness: Support in the achievement of financial targets.
- Service Quality.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-years’ cognate experience in digital marketing, brand, and communications.
- Solid knowledge of content management systems, website analytics tools, google-analytics tools, monitoring and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication (oral and written). Fluent in English and Setswana.
- Resilience, Tenacity, and Integrity.
- Interpersonal skills and Teamwork.
- Highly Organized and Creative.
- Basic graphic design and infographic creation, photography, and videography skills will be an added advantage.
