3. Is SaruMoney Mobile Banking connected to SaruMoney Internet Banking?
YES, it is if you are already registered for SaruMoney Mobile banking.
4. Can I send Fast Cash on SaruMoney Internet Banking?
YES, everything that you can do on SaruMoney Mobile Banking (*117#) and App , can be done on SaruMoney Internet Banking.
5. Will I receive OTPs both on email and on mobile when I log in?

6. How do I go back to the Home page?
You click on the SaruMoney Icon/logo and it will take you back to the home page.
7. How do I change my password?
If your existing password is still valid/correct, you can change it after logging on to SaruMoney Internet Banking. Click on your name in the top right of the home page and click edit profile. You will be prompted to enter your current (old) Password, specify a new password and confirm the new password. Then an OTP will be sent for you to confirm the change.
8. I forgot my password; I need it reset. What do I need to do?
You can easily reset your password by clicking on forgot password on the SaruMoney Internet Banking login screen. You will be asked to provide your mobile number and answers to the 3 security questions chosen at the time of registration. If the answers match what was submitted at registration time, a temporary password will be sent to your phone after which a new password can then be entered.
